Shipping policy
Coffee Mug products are shipped by our fulfilment partners. We offer free standard shipping with tracking on all orders.
Handling Time: 2-5 business days.
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Timeframe: Most orders are expected to arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and delivery time. In rare cases, orders may take more than 15 business days to arrive.
Note: Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, carrier delays, public holidays, customs checks, or delivery location.
IMPORTANT: Coffee Mug is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, destination-country charges, or other fees collected by customs authorities or carriers, unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for checking any restrictions, duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their destination country.
Tracking my order?
To track your order, click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email you receive. If you cannot find a tracking link or tracking number, please email us at [email protected] and we will help you locate it.
Tracking information may not appear immediately. Please allow 1-5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to become available.
Wrong Address
Coffee Mug cannot accept responsibility for incorrect shipping information entered during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order so your package can be delivered safely.
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: We understand that typos can happen. If a customer enters the wrong shipping information and the package is returned or needs to be re-shipped, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new or corrected shipping address.
Where's my package?
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe listed above, please email [email protected] with your order number. We will check the tracking information and help you follow up on the delivery.
You can also click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see where your order is in transit. Please remember that tracking information may take 1-5 business days after dispatch to update.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, safe-drop area, building reception, parcel locker, neighbours, or local delivery office. You may also need to contact the relevant courier for delivery confirmation.
If the package still cannot be located, please email us at [email protected] and we will review the situation and help where possible. Coffee Mug is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to assist you.
